Product or service reviewed: Ductless heat pump

I had Parker and Sons install a ductless heat pump system in my house. They were quick to come out and give me an estimate. When I accepted the estimate they had the parts right away and installed the system almost immediately. The installation went flawlessly and very quick. I had a small issue with one of the parts and when I notified them, they had someone there within hours to look at it. Can't say enough about how professional and prompt the guys were. Will definitely refer anybody to use them in the future.

Product or service reviewed: New HVAC system

My HVAC system stopped working and Parker and Sons was there the same day to look at the system and give me an estimate. They were able to replace my system almost immediately and the estimate was best price of several other bids. The team that installed was very efficient, professional and explained everything that they did. Will definitely give Parker and Son future referrals.

Product or service reviewed: Replacement of HVAC Unit

We contacted several contractors for estimates. Our home is unique in many ways. Brian not only spent over an hour with us discussing what the best options were, he had a very fair estimate to us that very evening. Within 3 days from estimate to hiring, his team was at our home and everything is perfect. They went above and beyond to correct previous drain and air flow issues from previous owners, built a platform and reset our unit in a proper spot to help limit exposure from outside elements as well as taking the time to throw in some added extra touches that made all lines protected and hidden. Again, our home is unique, the task was not easy but they knocked it out of the park. Our previous unit was over 20 years old and on it's last leg to say the least. Highly recommend them. A wonderful experience from start to finish. They will now be our "go to" for any future HVAC needs! Thanks guys for your hard work, professionalism and a job well done :)

Hi Brian;

It was nice talking to you yesterday.

You did a great job installing the HVAC for the following reasons:

1. The platform extension looks great, provides room for other compressors from other condos so they can now upgrade to the bigger footprint 14 sear units without worrying about having enough space.

2. The welds look great

3. The area was clean post install

4. Appreciated the electrical upgrade required for the unit being included in the price

5. The unit fits perfectly in the drip pan and looks great

6. You adhered the compressor unit to the deck and since we’re Bayfront, I consider that an intelligent attention to detail item (no other compressor unit from the other condos has that)

7. Everyone was courteous

I don’t want to pump your ego up too much though

Gentlemen;

I wanted to personally thank you all for taking such great care of my eighty-year-old Mother, Janet.  Your team was on time, professional, neat in their work and very polite and nice to my Mother.  I’m a Government contractor, so time at home is rare and precious for me.  Your company will be highly regarded, and recommended to my friends, and family should they need H.V.A.C services.  Again, thank you all very much for your outstanding service to my senior citizen Mother.
